Returns & Refunds
Hardware Products
You may return your hardware product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, factory condition with all packaging, accessories, and components included.
If the product is returned with missing or damaged parts, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply, deducted from the refund amount.
Software Products & Services
Software subscriptions and digital services are non-refundable once activated or accessed. You may stop your usage at any time if you wish to no longer incur usage charges. You may also cancel or modify your subscription through your account settings.

Refund Limitations
Under no circumstances shall the customer be entitled to a refund exceeding the original purchase amount, regardless of the reason for return.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer support team at support@fleekpmu.com to initiate a return request.
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 15 business days, issuing it to the original payment method.
Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including both the initial shipment and return shipment if applicable, as well as any related customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Fleek Inc. may, from time to time, offer free shipping promotions to certain customers in specific locations at our sole discretion.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as Fleek Inc. is not responsible or liable for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Shipping Times
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (within the USA)
International Shipping: 3-9 business days
Please note that shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt. If you placed your order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the following business day.
International Shipping
For orders outside the USA, please note that your purchase may be subject to import fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office or tax authority for more information on import fees for your country.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been modified, misused, or damaged due to improper handling.
Items returned without prior authorization or beyond the 30-day window.
Software products or services that have been accessed, activated, or used.
